Response to Ontario Business Closures Due to COVID-19

Government of Ontario has ordered all non-essential businesses in the province to shut down in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, which will result in the closure of retail businesses that do not provide essential products/and or services. We believe it is critical to support local businesses and startups during this unprecedented situation and want to help however way we can.


In response to this announcement to close non-essential businesses in Ontario, Ship Apollo is offering fulfillment services, free of charge for the next 3 months, to help physical retailers transition their business online. These services include pick and pack and warehousing fees that are typical of working with a 3PL partner.

Additional Considerations:

This offer does not extend to businesses that operate exclusively online. Unfortunately, we are looking to support the businesses that are currently most affected by this closure.

Our fulfillment facility is located near Eglinton & Don Valley Parkway in Toronto. We will require your inventory to be dropped off, health and safety measures will be provided.

Our current facility does not have refrigeration, as a result, we can only offer this to businesses that sell non-perishable and shelf-stable products.

Due to limited warehousing space and to support a greater number of businesses, we may have to limit the amount of inventory we store in our warehouse. Depending on the type of goods you sell, we may have to decline this offer (for example, large, bulky items).

We understand the limitations of this offer may not be useful for all businesses; however, we believe it is our duty to offer support where we can even if it is in a limited scope as noted above.
